eng	Competitiveness Advantage Analysis as One Method for Cluster Identification in Regions	The cluster birth process must start with identification of industrial branches strengths which are the fundaments for cluster increasing. When the cluster establisher will continue in this process the final result - cluster need not be the most effectiveness result and all money will be wasted. For cluster identification can be used some approaches. The first approach follows the identification of key industrial branches having the potential (or real) competitiveness advantage. This identification proceeds by the statistics data analysis (mostly quantitative data). The second approach investigates the internal processes and relations among existing firms. It uses the qualitative data what are obtained from interviews or question-forms. The combination of both mentioned approaches is the most effectiveness process. In this case the missing data can be compensated from the second approach, or the concrete relations and their mentions can be understand.	clusters;cluster identification process;method;competitiveness advantage
