eng Green Intellectual Capital and SDGs in the Production SMEs: Does Business Model Innovation Mediate? This study aims to examine the impacts of green intellectual capital on SDGs along with the mediating role of business model innovation (BMI) based on the resource-based view and ecological modernization theories. The study has collected data through questionnaires-based survey from the top management among the production SMEs in Pakistan and evaluated through PLS-SEM to find results. The study found that green structural capital, green relational capital, and business model innovation have positive effects on the economics, environmental, and social performance among the production SMEs. The study observed that green human capital has positive effects on the economics and environmental performance but surprisingly has negative effects on the social performance among the production SMEs. The outcomes of the study have interesting implications for practitioners and policy makers to define more effective business strategies to achieve the objectives of SDGs. Although, prior studies have paid wide attention towards green intellectual capital, BMI, and SDGs, but this is an inclusive study in these domains.
