eng Role of Authentic Leadership in Individual and Team Green Innovation in the Renewable Energy Projects: Mediation of Team Psychological Environment This paper seeks to examine how authentic leadership (AL) influences individual and team green innovation, considering the mediation of team's psychological environment marked by trust and safety. Data from 374 the renewable energy projects employees were compiled and processed via Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The study discovered several key findings: (a) AL positively predicted with both individual and team green innovation. (b) The team's psychological environment of trust and safety partially mediated the association between AL and team green innovation. However, this mediation was not observed in the connection of AL and individual green innovation. (c) Individual green innovation was found to be a predictor of team green innovation. This research offers valuable perspectives for policymakers by assessing how AL influences the creative output related to environmental sustainability at both individual and team levels green innovation. The study uniquely explores this connection, specifically delving into the mediating influence of trust and safety within the team's psychological environment. Notably, it stands out as one of the limited studies to empirically investigate the impact of AL on individual and team green innovation, considering the mediating role of trust and safety within the organizational context of Pakistan Environmental Protection initiatives.
