cze	Krizový management 2013	Konference "Krizový management 2013" byla již třináctým ročníkem pořádaným pod tímto názvem. Tradičně je pořádána Fakultou ekonomicko-správní Univerzity Pardubice ve spolupráci s Generálním ředitelstvím Hasičského záchranného sboru ČR Praha a Institutem ochrany obyvatelstva MV GŘ HZS ČR, Lázně Bohdaneč. Záštitu nad konferencí převzal brigádní generál Ing. Miloš Svoboda, náměstek generálního ředitele HZS ČR pro prevenci a civilní nouzovou připravenost. Smyslem těchto konferencí je prezentace teoretických i praktických otázek ochrany společnosti, nejen z pohledu zástupců akademické sféry ale i odborníků, kteří se ochranou obyvatelstva zabývají ve své každodenní praktické činnosti. Tématem letošní konference byla problematika rizika a prevence ve vztahu k ekonomice a možnostem realizace systémových opatření. Na prezentaci jednotlivých vystoupení navazovala diskuze k nastoleným problémům. Velkým přínosem, z hlediska předání zkušeností a názorů, bylo neformální setkání praktiků, pedagogů a teoretiků. Konference je specifická svým pojetím, které klade důraz na interakci mezi teorií a praxí v daném oboru. Proto není organizována jako masová akce, ale jako setkání užšího okruhu zasvěcených odborníků. Obsahově je konference zaměřena do teorie a praxe krizového managementu Dokladem je sborník, který znamená praktický výstup. Přináší pestrou paletu problémů, se kterými se musí krizový management vyrovnat, ekonomikou požární prevence počínaje a ochranou kritické infrastruktury konče.	krize; bezpečnost; krizový management; hasičský záchranný sbor; ochrana obavatelstva;
eng	Crisis management 2013	Conference on "Crisis Management 2013" has been organized by the thirteenth year of that name. Traditionally, organized by the Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Pardubice in cooperation with the General Directorate of Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic in Prague and the Institute of Population Protection DG MV Fire and Rescue Service , Lázně Bohdaneč . Patronage of the conference was Brigadier General Ing. Miloš Svoboda, Deputy General Director of Fire and Rescue Service for prevention and civil emergency preparedness. The purpose of these conferences is to present the theoretical and practical issues of society protection , not only from the perspective of academic sphere as well as professionals who deal with the protection of the population in their daily practice. The theme of this year's conference was the issue of risk and prevention in relation to the economy and the possibilities of system implementation measures. The presentation was followed by discussion of individual papers to enthroned problems. A major benefit in terms of sharing experiences and opinions, it was an informal meeting of practitioners , teachers and theorists. The conference is unique in its concept, which emphasizes the interaction between theory and practice in the field. Therefore it is not organized as a mass action, but as a meeting of experts dedicated short- circuit. The content of the conference is focused on the theory and practice of crisis management. Conference proceedings mean practical output. It provides a wide variety of problems which must cope with crisis management, fire prevention, starting the economy and critical infrastructure protection ends.	crisis; security; crisis management; fire and rescue service, population protection
