Byly analyzovány reálné datové sady z dotazníkových šetření, národního zdravotního ústavu, státního ústavu zdraví a Českého statistického úřadu. Problematika modelování vybraných environmentálních, sociálních, demografických a zdravotních atributů je řešena jako klasifikační úloha na základě algoritmů rozhodovacích stromů a samoorganizujících se map. eng Modelling of Selected Attributes in the Region This paper presents one of many possibilities of data analysis that can be used in the modelling of relations between environment and health of population in the region in the Czech Republic. Real data sets from questionnaires, the National institute of public health, the State health institute and the Czech statistical office for analysis were used. A general solution is able to relate to the modelling of selected environmental, social, geographical and health attributes, can be processed as the classification task that can be solved on the basis of decision trees and self organizing maps algorithms.
