cze	Zlatý erb - členka komise soutěže Zlatý erb	Cílem soutěže Zlatý erb je podpořit modernizaci místní a regionální veřejné správy prostřednictvím rozvoje informačních služeb poskytovaných občanům i specifickým skupinám uživatelů s využitím internetu a ostatních elektronických médií, a přispět tak k rozvoji kvality života ve městech, obcích a krajích České republiky. Soutěž Zlatý erb 2005 vyhlásilo Sdružení Zlatý erb pod záštitou Ministerstva informatiky ČR, Ministerstva vnitra ČR a Ministerstva pro místní rozvoj ČR. Krajská kola vyhlašují kraje ČR. Soutěž je pořádána ve spolupráci se sdružením Český zavináč, Svazem měst a obcí ČR, portálem Města a obce online a konferencí ISSS. Soutěž je součástí iniciativ v rámci kampaně Březen - měsíc Internetu. Soutěž byla zahájena krajskými koly, jejichž vyhlášení bylo oznámeno 2.1.2005. eng	The Golden Crest Award	The Golden Crest Award is dedicated to the best of the web and electronic services of towns and municipalities. The aim of the competition is to reward excellence and promote the exchange of the best practices and experiences in using information society technologies to improve public online local government services. It has real motivating power for hundreds of the Czech municipality representatives and their webmasters to improve the quality of their websites, interactive services, content and it's accessibility. The Golden Crest 2005 has been announced by Ministry of Interior, Ministry of Informatics and regions of the Czech Republic. The Award is realized by the Golden Crest Association in cooperation with Association of towns and communities and other special partners. The results of the competition were announced at an award ceremony during the ISSS/Loris Conference held in Hradec Kralove, April 4th 2005. The Golden Crest is announced for the local government bodies and departments of the Czech Republic. There are categories - the best web site of towns, the best web site of municipalities; the best electronic service. The Minister of the Interior awards a special price for the best barrier-free access to web-pages. The award is granted in cooperation with the United Organization for the Blinds and Purblinds. The purpose is creation and evaluation of criteria for reduction of barriers at accession to web-pages of public administration.
