From May 12 to 16, 2025, the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice hosted the BIP Erasmus+ DIGI project, welcoming students from Lithuania, Poland, and France. Together, they explored the topics of digital transformation, new technologies, and the development of an agile digital mindset.

Key questions from BIP DIGI 2025

✅ How can technology create value for customers, employees, and society?
✅ What is an agile digital mindset and how does it help tackle complex challenges?
✅ How is digitalization changing the functioning of businesses and public administration?
✅ How to choose the right technologies for effective decision-making?
✅ How to become a leader in the digital age?

The program combined online learning with a face-to-face phase in Pardubice. Students engaged in team projects, participated in discussions with experts, and gained hands-on experience with digital innovation. The course supported the development of both their personal and professional competencies.

In addition to the academic content, participants enjoyed a social program including a campus game, pub quiz, and a trip to Kutná Hora.

We would like to thank our partner institutions: Vilniaus Kolegija, Université De Caen Normandie and Uniwersytet Jagielloński.
