From October 13 to 17, the Faculty of Economics and Administration at the University of Pardubice hosted an international educational program called Blended Intensive Program (BIP) entitled "Empowering Change: Responsible Business Management as a Teaching and Research Lens for Sustainable Futures."
The program brought together academics from Europe who deal with topics of sustainable and responsible business, ethics in management, and corporate social responsibility. The aim of the meeting was to promote cooperation between universities, share experiences with teaching and research in the field of sustainability, and jointly seek new approaches to integrating these values into higher education.
Program participants discussed ways to develop responsible corporate management through education, inspired each other with innovative teaching methods, and created space for joint research projects and publications.
The five-day program also included workshops, excursions, and networking activities that allowed participants to share examples of good practice and develop long-term international partnerships.
