Description:
??The right decisions of the manager must be supported by information of sufficient quality and scope, because it is a key element in the decision-making process. A manager's knowledge, experience, and judgment influence the extent and quality of data that is acquired, analyzed, and used. The demand for more information usually means a progressive increase in cost and diminishing marginal utility. The third millennium is characterized by a large volume of available information, which leads to confusion, often even contradictions and the need to apply supporting analyzes and methods for their processing towards the creation of conclusions usable in managerial decision-making. The project researchers aim to analyze, map and evaluate the possibilities of using existing and new information to create conclusions for managerial decisions in the field of marketing, management, accounting and taxes.?
