The intention of the project is to link research activities gifted students (doctoral and masters programs) and academics in computer science and systems engineering in public administration and applied informatics. The aim of the project is to create the recommendations for the effective implementation of the concept of smart cities and regions so as to improve the quality of life of the population and contribute to the concept of the digital economy. The solved goals will be processed using methods such as analysis processes and information flow, soft computing, data mining, questionnaires, image processing methods.
