International Business Management

The goal of the specialization Business Informatics is to equipe students with the fundamental knowledge of IT in business administration with the focus on system thinking, system engineering, project management and data analytics.

The goal of the specialization Business Administration & Corporate Development is to gain up-to-date knowledge of business processes, deep insight into the field of change management, innovation and the role of the company in a sustainable economy and society.

Steps you need to take:

1.    Submitting application on the website: November 1, 2025 - March 15, 2026
      

2.   Pay E-Application fee of CZK 2000,- until March 15, 2026
     Payment details are visible in the E-application.
     The administrative fee is non-refundable!

3.   Submit and send the documents listed below (via post/forwarder) by the March 15, 2026
     

• Curriculum vitae in English
• copy of passport
• two photographs in passport size
• one-page motivation letter, a letter of recommendation, work experience gained after completing a bachelor’s degree, and any non-academic qualifications
• supporting documents (certified copies verified by the official notary - not the originals!) for assessment of applicant´s  previous education
• Students without nostrification issued by the CZ institution (UNI) will pay the cost of CZK 800,- for verification done by the University of Pardubice only for admission to the University of Pardubice purposes. This fee is also non-refundable.

Admission Deadlines:

Although the administrative requirements can be fulfilled at any time during this period, The interviews and admission decisions will take place from March 15 to March 31.

Acceptance Requirements

1.   The applicant must submit all required documents by the specified deadline.

2.  Submit nostrification or request verification of your bachelor's degree by the Faculty of Economics and Administration.

3.  The applicant is required to pay the tuition fees during the time period specified above.

4. The applicant must complete the admission interview.

Entrance Examination will be held in from March 15 to March 31, 2026
The admission interview, which will be conducted online, will take place from May 1 to March 15.

Entrance Examination Evaluation

In the first round, applicants are evaluated based on their previous academic results, a one-page motivation letter, a letter of recommendation, work experience gained after completing their bachelor’s degree, and any non-academic qualifications, according to the criteria specified in Appendix 1.

In the second round, applicants with the highest scores are invited to an online interview.

All points obtained will be summed up. In the first round, applicants can achieve a maximum of 100 points in total. The evaluation is carried out by the admission committee.

Up to 100 applicants will be invited to the second round, based on their ranking from the first round. In the second round, an applicant can earn up to 100 points, depending on the quality and structure of their answers. The evaluation is conducted by the admission committee.

Taking Decisions on Acceptance, by the March 31, 2026
At most, a total of 40 applicants will be accepted in to the full time study programme based on their overall ranking.
Due to the low number of applicants, the Dean may decide not to open the study programme.

Notice of Acceptance
The results of the admission procedure will be published on the University of Pardubice website. The Dean's Admission Letter will be ready to be picked up or posted the same day (CZ post or another forwarder).

Review Proceedings
According to the § 50, par. 7 of the law no. 111/1998 Col., on universities and the change and completion of other laws (Law on Universitites) as amended by the subsequent regulation, the applicant who has not been accepted or his/her authorized representative may apply for a review of the resolution within 15 days from the delivery day of the resolution, which should be sent to the attention of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Administration University of Pardubice.

Payment of Tuition Fee
The tuition fee is set at CZK 10,000 (EUR 410) per academic year for the first for the 10 best accepted applicants with at least 60% of the points achieved in the entrance examination, for the remaining applicants the amount is set at CZK 25,000 (EUR 989 EUR). The payment must be made immediately after admission but no later than on the day of enrolment.

Once paid, the tuition fee is returnable only after submitting the confirmation of visa denial issued by the authorized Embassy of the Czech Republic to the Department of Education at FEA (refunds on tuition fees will be deducted a EUR 30 processing fee).

Registration of Study
The student is required to appear on the day of registration at the Study Department, which takes place in the first month of the academic year.

 In the event the student does not attend the registration of study without written excuse within 5 days, their studies will be terminated immediately.

Deferment of Study
It is not possible to apply for the deferment of study.
