Příspěvek přispívá k výzkumu zaměřenému na nové trendy, které je nutné sledovat pro cílový segment zákazníků. Generace Z nyní představuje 26 % celosvětové populace, takže odborníci v této oblasti by se měli zajímat o jejich potřeby a touhy. Tento článek přispívá do této oblasti tím, že nabízí tři pohledy na generaci Z, pokud jde o její vnímání online reklamy – její osobní pohled, profesní názor a vztah mezi těmito dvěma pohledy. Během hodin marketingu jsme použili experimentální prostředí se dvěma samostatnými dotazníky, jedním na začátku semestru a jedním na jeho konci.

This paper contributes to the research focusing on new trends that must be followed to target customer segment. Generation Z now represents 26 % of the global population, so experts in this field should be interested in their needs and desires. This paper contributes to this field by offering three views on generation Z regarding their perception of online advertisement – their personal view, their professional opinion, and the relationship between those two views.
