The design and implementation of information systems, and from the perspective of effective communication, information technologies play an important role in specifying ways of company behaviour as such. It is hard to decide what individual companies consider to be important, what their initial knowledge about the use of the Internet is, or what experience with the public administration services they have. This study is dedicated to the question of whether using e commerce services affect the use of services offered by eGovernment.
