cze Návrh modelu a metodiky pro elektronickou komunikaci podniku se státní správou: teze disertační práce Tato disertační práce se zabývá návrhem modelu elektronické komunikace mezi podnikem a státní správou. Obsahem teoretické části práce je vymezení pojmů eGovernment a podnikové informační systémy a analyzován stav a vývoj elektronické komunikace v zadaných oblastech v rámci České republiky. Součástí práce je vlastní statistické šetření v oblasti eGovernmentu a podnikových informačních systémů sloužící k získání podkladů nejen pro vlastní tvorbu modelu ale i k pochopení chování zákazníka služeb eGovernmentu. V praktické části práce je navržen Model komunikačního rozhraní EC-EG a metodika pro jeho praktickou aplikaci v podnikatelském prostředí. V závěrečné části jsou shrnuty přínosy navrženého modelu i metodiky pro jeho tvorbu a naznačeny další možné směry výzkumu v této oblasti. eng Design of the model and methodology for electronic communication between the enterprise and government authorities : dissertation thesis The thesis describes the design of model of electronic communication between government authorities and business environment. Theoretical part of this thesis defines the concept of eGovernment and business information systems, then analyses trends in electronic communication in the Czech Republic. Next part of the thesis presents own statistical survey of eGovernment and corporate information systems collecting sources not only for the formation of the model but also for understanding behaviour of the eGovernment services customer. Practical part of the thesis proposes a Model of communication interfaces EB-EG and the methodology for its practical application in the business environment. Contributions of the proposed model and methodology and also further possible research topics are presented in the conclusion of the thesis.
