Základním článkem v této oblasti jsou tzv. obce s rozšířenou působností. Tyto obce vznikly 1.1.2003 po zrušení okresních úřadů. S plánovanými změnami v rámci organizace veřejné správy se předpokládá, že tyto obce budou pro výkon specializovaných funkcí veřejné správy nejdůležitější a že v budoucnu by mohly převzít kompetence obcí s menším rozsahem přenesené působnosti. V článku se zabýváme financováním obcí s rozšířenou působností. eng The Aspects of Financing of Municipalities with Extended Power In connection with the third phase of public administration reform in the Czech Republic, it is on-going discussion about delegated execution of state administration by municipalities. The basic elements, from the point of provision of delegated state administration, are ?designated? municipalities with delegated state competencies (?municipalities with extended competencies?). These municipalities were founded in 1. 1. 2013 year after abrogation of district offices. With planned changes in public administration, it is assumed that these municipalities should be fundamental for execution of specialised state administration and in future might adopt activities of other municipalities with less scope of delegated competencies. In the article we focus on the financing of delegated activities of municipalities with extended power. The aim is to find out in what extend the actual system of financing is effective and in what extend the delegated competencies of municipalities with extended power are from Ministry of Finance financed. municipalities with extended power;contribution on extended power;district of administration;number of inhabitants
