eng How successfull is the self-government in applying and drawing the financial resources from Euroean structural funds? The article describes the financial resources drawing from European Structural Funds. The main attention is paid to the description of Joint Regional Operational Programme and Single Programming Document for Objective 2 which is focus on cohesion region Prague.
