eng	The impact of political and institutional factors on the fiscal imbalance and the level of public debt - short survey.	The article provides survey of several research and papers focus on the problem of excessive deficits and accumulation of public debt in different countries. The common features of these researches are two questions: Why did the certain countries, but not others, accumulate large public debts? Why did these fiscal imbalances appear in the last decades rather than sooner?
