V současné době má ČR problémy s překračováním maastrichtského kritéria deficitu veřejných financí. Aby byla schopna ČR toto kriterium plnit, přijala vláda startegii konsolidace veřejných financí, na jejímž základě by mělo dojít k postupnému snížení rozpočtového schodku a zpomalení růstu dluhu veřejných financí. eng Should be Czech Republic Public Finance Consolidation succesfull? The Czech Republic accesses the European Union on 1st of May 2004. At present the Czech Republic reports an excessive deficit which poses an obstacle on the road towards compliance with Maastricht convergence criteria. In order to restore a sound of fiscal position, the Government of the Czech Republic has adopted a strategy of public finance consolidation that will ensure a gradual reduction in the budgetary deficit and the deceleration in the government debt growth. In the article we would like to analyze individual arrangements of the reform from the point of economic theory view and to make an assessment to be successful in declared fiscal consolidation. public finance reform;public revenues;public expenditure;criteria of reform credibility and success
