eng	Gender Budgeting and its Integration into the Budgets Creation	The article describes the principle of gender budgeting or community responsible budgeting which also is used. The idea to build the gender view-point into the fiscal policy and into the budget´s construction appeared relatively recently in theoretical studies and practical applications. The aim of the article is to illustrate the role of principles of gender budgeting in fiscal policy formation and budgets creation. The article further focuses on the integration of these principles at the macroeconomic level as well as at local government level. It also analyzes the situation in the Czech Republic.
