eng	Possible Challenges and Pitfalls of Fiscal Decentralization	The aim of the paper is pointing out to the possible pitfalls of fiscal decentralisation. The submitted text describes the circumstances in which fiscal decentralisation should not be the optimal solution when the benefits from decentralisation could be exceed by lower efficiency or less economic stability of the country.
