Description:
The project focuses on using AI in patent proceedings to streamline and speed up application evaluations. It will explore AI’s potential in analysing technical documentation, identifying existing patents, and drafting decisions in line with the EU AI Act. Legal aspects such as accountability, data protection, and transparency will be examined to protect participants’ rights. The project will serve as a foundation for cooperation between universities through joint research, academic mobility, and guest lectures. This includes applying for Erasmus+ Jean Monnet projects, establishing a Center of Excellence, and signing an Erasmus+ agreement to enhance student and academic mobility. The pedagogical component will promote student exchange and staff mobility for teaching and training.
