Description:
Smart regions represent a very complex system, which aims to ensure sustainable development and adequate quality of their citizens. The research is focused on innovative ways of utilization of information technologies suitable for support of the decision-making process at all management levels in public administration and private companies. Adequate infrastructure for data collection, storage, processing, visualization, presentation, and re-use must be created. Namely, it is focused on participative technologies suitable for sending suggestions to public authorities (data collection), utilization of artificial intelligence for modeling and security measures, and collection and utilization of spatial data (including UAV data).
