This research collaboration aims to compare knowledge management responses of public authorities to the COVID19 across three countries (CZ, AT, SK) and various levels of government in areas of rapid digitalization and changes in internal processes in order to maintain quality of provision of public services. Interview data in selected public organisations will be collected, pursuing a comparative qualitative case study research design. Results will be published in two co-authored research articles. In addition, four guest lectures and research colloquia will be held (Pardubice and Wien). Impact of the project lies in identifying best practices for securing crisis resilience of public organisations.
