The project is aimed at increasing competencies of the "Administrative Law 1" guarantor and development of a course in the LMS-Moodle environment. The subject will continue being taught in the bachelor study programs Economic Policy and Public Administration as a subject of mandatory basis in 3rd year of study. Neither distance nor electronic study support in LMS-Moodle are available. Enough quality literature exists, but it must be complemented by laws and case law. These have been entered into STAG. Creating a course in LMS-Moodle will facilitate orientation in the amount of materials and increase study comfort. recent amendments to laws and up to date case law of the Constitutional Court and the administrative courts will be incorporated. Innovations will reflect the current trend of administrative law Europeanization. Changes will follow innovations of subject Basics of Public Law, which being more general, precedes teaching of AL1 and is being innovated as IRS project in 2019.
