Building on the positive experience and contribution of the projects IRS in 2015 and 2016 for teaching, ensured by staff of UMKM on the field of study Insurance Engineering, also the submitted project is focused on the permanent education of young members of UMKM, which teach important courses in the field at present eventually in the future. The most effective manner based also on the experiences from previous years is use of the educational opportunities provided by reputable institutions and implemented by top lecturers, focusing on current problems of insurance and financial practice and on the latest methods of their solution, with the support of specialized software products.
