The project is aimed at increasing the educational and professional competencies of the persons involved in the subject of "Training of personal skills" (primarily) and "Sociological Aspects of Management" (secondarily) and in subjects ?Private Law I?, ?Private Law II?, ?Labor Law?, ?Administrative Law I? and ?Administrative Law II?. The project will allow the implementation of effective and positive changes in these subjects and improving their teaching simultaneously by introducing new teaching methods which will increase the knowledge basics of students with an impact on the practical applicability in practice. Thanks to the project it would be possible to realize: ? To improve the learning process and make it more effective. ? To simplify the education and increase its clarity. ? To create connections between subjects.
