Generally one can say that sub-national levels and sub-national issues - e.g. social and political issues - are often overlooked by both researchers and public policy makers. This statement is valid especially in the Post-Communist countries, i.e. including all V4 countries. Therefore the main aim of the project is to increase focus on the sub-national political and social issues by means of interdisciplinary summer school. It is original educational project of the applicant and its partners.
