Briefly speaking the main goal is to security adequate and continuous financing inside. This paper deals with the system approach to grant and tax revenues of the Czech municipalities. It focuses on public administration system, describing of tax revenues, grants, and situation in the Czech Republic and shows a process of grant realization.
