eng	Accessibility and Searchability of Local e-Government Websites in the Czech Republic	This article deals with making intonations accessible through local government websites. Accessibility is herein considered in a broader perspective than it is for handicapped users, while taking it into account that information must be searchable within internet through conventional fulltext search engines. Based on this presumption, an analysis of 39 local government websites in the Czech Republic was carried out. The web pages were analysed both from a handicapped citizen?s point of view (disadvantaged owing to health handicap or their technical equipment) and from the point of view of fulltext search engines. In the conclusion, there is an overall evaluation of the current conditions of local government websites in the Czech Republic mentioning possible risks and recommendations for improvement of the current conditions.
