cze Genetické algoritmy pro optimalizaci tematických klusterů Genetické algoritmy jsou vyhledávácí procedurou, která je založena na mechanismech genetiky, jež se vyskytuje v přírodě. Technika je robustní a schopná prohledávat relativně velké prostory řešení. Genetické algoritmy je vhodné využít pro celou řadu problému a jedním z nich je i rozvoj turismu v regionech. Turismus je jedním z celosvětově nejrozšířenějším odvětvím a také jedním z nejrychleji rostoucím odvětvím. Mnoho organizací zakládá tzv. klustery, které jsou definovány jako geografické regiony obsahující dostatečný počet organizací, které mají stejné nebo podobné potřeby a zájmy jak pro svůj rozvoj, tak i pro rozvoj regionu. Tento článek se zabývá jak zapojit tyto organizace do jednotlivých klusterů a jak pomocí genetických algoritmů nalézt optimální rozvrstvení těchto organizací. optimalizace;genetické algoritmy;regionální klustery
eng Genetic algorithms for optimization of thematic clusters Genetic algorithms are search procedure, based on mechanics of natural genetics, able to provide robust search in complex problem spaces. The substance of the solution is to find optimal traffic flow between explicit junctions. We can say it is solution for traffic systems. GA ispossible to use also for non-traffic solutions of regional problems such as for development of tourism. Tourism is the world's largest industry and one of the fastest growing and as such faces exciting opportunities and tough challenges in a fast-changing and increasingly competitive global market. There are many local authorities all over the world that embark on a bold new direction in pursuing their local's (or state's) economic development in establishing of clusters. A cluster is defined, in simplest terms, as a geographic region containing enough companies that have similar or related needs and interests to generate external economies of scale and produce innovation. This paper solves the problem how to put together theses companies to have simple connection between them. optimization;genetic algorithm;regional clusters
