cze Hodnocení použitelnosti pro použití IoT v Enhanced Living Environments Hodnocení použitelnosti představuje zásadní krok při navrhování a vývoji nových technologií a porovnávání stávajících. Umožňuje výzkumníkům identifikovat jakékoli problémy se zkušeností uživatelů s produktem, rozhodnout, jak je vyřešit, a nakonec určit, zda je produkt dostatečně použitelný konkrétními uživateli v konkrétním kontextu použití. Enhanced Living Environments (ELE) má za cíl prodloužit samostatný život podporovaných osob a snížit závislost na intenzivní osobní péči na minimum. ELE zahrnuje nejnovější vývoj související s internetem věcí, aby nabídla lepší pomoc a podporu všem zúčastněným stranám; zákazníky (starší osoby nebo osoby se zdravotním postižením), lékaře, pečovatele, rodinné příslušníky a přátele a poskytovatele služeb. Tato kapitola si klade za cíl přinést ucelený a systematický pohled na metody hodnocení použitelnosti využívané při návrhu ELE technologií. Kapitola přináší dva pohledy na toto téma: (1) identifikaci charakteristik článků výzkumu ELE zahrnující hodnocení použitelnosti a (2) systematizaci používaných metod, postupů a nástrojů. použitelnost; IoT; Enhanced Living Environment
eng Usability evaluation for the IoT use in Enhanced Living Environments The evaluation of usability represents an essential step in designing and developing new technologies and comparison of existing ones. It allows researchers to identify any user experience issues with the product, decide how to resolve them, and ultimately determine if the product is sufficiently usable by specific users in a specific context of use. Enhanced Living Environments (ELE) aim to prolong the independent life of supported persons and to reduce dependence on intensive personal care to a minimum. ELE incorporates the latest developments related to the Internet of Things to offer better help and support for all stakeholders; customers (elderly or persons with disabilities), physicians, caregivers, family members and friends, and service providers. This chapter aims to bring a comprehensive and systematic view of the usability evaluation methods exploited during the design of ELE technologies. The chapter brings two views on this topic: (1) identification of the characteristics of ELE research articles incorporating usability evaluation and (2) systematization of the methods, procedures, and instruments being used. usability; IoT; Enhanced Living Environment
