cze Participativní sběr dat se zaměřením na městské prostředí Participativní systémy pro sběr dat (PCS) jsou zvláštním typem informačního systému pokrývajícího různé aktivity občanů, ve kterých aktivně hlásí nějaký problém, kterého byli svědky, nebo jen shromažďují a sdílejí data o jakémkoli jevu. Participace podporuje transformaci vztahu mezi občany a organizacemi veřejného sektoru. Pro jednotlivce je mnohem mnohem snazší tímto způsobem přispívat, zapojovat se a poskytovat zpětnou vazbu. Na druhou stranu jde o levný a rychlý způsob sběru dat o daném tématu pro organizace veřejného sektoru. Tato kapitola si klade za cíl přinést komplexní a systematický pohled na PCS a ukázat, jaké problémy je třeba vyřešit, aby se dosáhlo očekávaných výsledků. Odpovídá především na tyto tři otázky: (1) v jakých oblastech se PCS používají, (2) jak jsou občané získáváni a motivováni a (3) jaké technické problémy je třeba řešit. Abychom získali realističtější pohled na PCS, část kapitoly je věnována jednomu typu PCS – Citizen Reporting of Issues on Public Infrastructure (CRIsPI). eng Participatory Citizen Sensing with a Focus on Urban Issues Participatory citizen sensing (PCS) systems are a particular type of information system covering different activities of citizens, in which they actively report some problem they witnessed or just gather and share data about any phenomenon. Participatory citizen sensing supports transformation in the relationship between citizens and public sector organizations. For individuals, it became much easier to contribute, engage, and provide feedback. On the other hand, it is a cheap and fast way to gather data about a given topic for public sector organizations. This chapter aims to bring a comprehensive and systematic view of the PCS, showing what issues have to be solved to get the expected outcomes. Mainly, it answers these three questions: (1) in which areas PCS are used, (2) how citizens are recruited and motivated, and (3) what technical issues must be solved. To get a more realistic look at PCS, a portion of the chapter is devoted to one type of PCS – Citizen Reporting of Issues on Public Infrastructure (CRIsPI).
