cze Aplikace EMS v podnicích - systematický přehled Tento systematický přehled odpovídá na otázku, jakými aspekty zavádění systému environmentálního řízení (EMS) v malých a středních podnicích (MSP) se zabývá současná literatura. Za tímto účelem bylo pomocí vyhledávacích dotazů na klíčová slova a následného screeningu vyfiltrováno 26 publikací z databáze Web of Science, které byly následně analyzovány kvantitativní metodou s využitím bibliometrických postupů, po níž následoval systematický kvalitativní přehled. Ta byla založena na konceptuální analýze, která identifikovala základní aspekty implementace EMS. Na základě syntézy získaných zjištění jsme dospěli k závěru, že hlavními aspekty zavádění EMS v malých a středních podnicích jsou překážky implementačního postupu, ať už jde o vnitřní překážky, neúnosné náklady a potřebu jejich zdůvodnění. eng EMS Application in Businesses – Systematic Review This systematic review answers the question what aspects of Environmental Management System (EMS) implementation in small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) are dealt in contemporaneous literature. For this purpose, by applying keyword search queries and the follow-up screening, 26 publications were filtered out of Web of Science database, which were then analyzed in a quantitative method using bibliometric procedures, followed by a systematic qualitative review. It was based on a conceptual analysis, identifying the basic EMS implementation aspects comprised. Through synthesis of the ascertainments obtained, we conclude that the main aspects of EMS implementations in SMEs are the implementation procedure hindrances, be that internal barriers, prohibitive costs and need for their justification.
