cze Úroveň lean kultury a její vztah k životnímu cyklu organizace Lean výroba je v automobilovém průmyslu široce rozšířená a všeobecně uznávaná. Jde o důslednou integraci člověka do výrobního procesu, zapojení všech zaměstnanců do neustálého zlepšování a do odstraňování plýtvání. V literatuře se zdůrazňuje význam základní organizační kultury jako rozhodujícího faktoru pro podporu a udržení implementace štíhlého řízení. Roli v dosažené úrovni štíhlosti hraje i životní cyklus organizace. Příspěvek se snaží ověřit, zda existuje souvislost mezi atributy štíhlé kultury a fázemi životního cyklu. Tento článek proto iniciuje diskusi směřující k vytvoření rámce, který kombinuje hodnocení životního cyklu a vhodné charakteristiky štíhlé kultury, aby poskytl nejlepší podmínky pro neustálé zlepšování podniku. Pro řešení této problematiky byl vybrán automobilový průmysl, neboť se jedná o přední světové odvětví vyspělých výrobních technologií, které vyrábí složité výrobky a je nejpokročilejším průmyslovým odvětvím ve využívání štíhlé výroby. lean kultura; lean strategie; fáze životního cyklu organizace; automobilový průmysl
eng Level of Lean Culture and Its Relation to Organizational Life Cycle Lean Production is widely recognized and accepted in the automotive industry. It concerns the strict integration of humans in the manufacturing process, involvement of all employees in continuous improvement and in waste elimination. The literature emphasizes the importance of the underlying organizational culture as a critical factor for supporting and sustaining lean management implementation. Organizational life cycle plays role in achieved level of lean too. The article seeks to verify whether there is a link between the attributes of lean culture and the stages of life cycle. Therefore, this paper initiates a discussion towards a framework that combines life cycle assessment and appropriate lean culture characteristics to provide the best condition for continuous business improvement. To address this issue, automotive industry was chosen as it is the world’s leading advanced manufacturing technology industry producing complex products and is the most advanced industry in using lean. lean culture; lean strategy; organizational life cycle stages; automotive industry
