eng	The Influence of Leadership on business performance.	Leadership is currently a popular topic due to the rapid process of globalization and internationalization. The relationship between leadership and business performance has been researched in practice by many foreign scientists, however, in the Czech Republic, the connection in the past has been analyzed more on a theoretical level. This article aims to analyze leadership in a particular company with a focus on communication and the following connection of performance of individuals with the performance of the whole organization. Furthermore, the comparison of results with theoretical background and suggestions for improvement.
