cze Identifikace nefinančních indikátorů kvality organizace Hodnocení kvality organizace je prioritou každého podnikatelského subjektu. Vlastníci organizace vyhodnocují kvalitu z hlediska návratnosti investic a zhodnocení vloženého kapitálu. Management vnímá kvalitu v souvislosti s aspekty jako jsou - prosperita firmy, stabilní podíl na trhu, spokojený a loajální zákazníka, vynakládání co nejnižších nákladů a likvidní hospodaření. Finanční analýza a finanční ukazatele jsou základní nástroje pro monitorování kvality podniku. Finanční hodnocení má však svoje limity, přičemž žádoucí je komplexnější pohled na kvalitu podniku, a to se zahrnutím také nefinančních ukazatelů. Díky nim lze zhodnotit postoj zaměstnanců k vedení, způsob jakým jsou zaměstnanci motivováni a vzděláváni, spokojenost zákazníků se službami či produkty, a dalších aspekty kvality. Monitorování a vyhodnocování nefinanční indikátorů přispívá zásadní měrou ke zvyšování kvality organizace. Identifikace a skladba nefinančních indikátorů kvality se odvíjí od typu organizace, od charakteru produkce, od skladby zákazníků. Text se zabývá způsobem identifikace nefinančních indikátorů kvality organizace, přičemž navržený postup je ověřen v konkrétním podnikatelském subjektu.
eng Identification of the Non-financial Indicators of the Organization’s Quality The priority of every business subject is to evaluate the quality of the organization. The owners of the organization evaluate the quality in terms of the return on investment and of appreciation of the invested capital. The management understands the quality relating to the aspects such as company’s prosperity, stable market share, satisfied and loyal customers, as lowest expenses as possible and liquid economy. Financial analysis and financial indicators are the basic tools for monitoring the company’s quality. Financial evaluation has also its limits, the more comprehensive view of the company’s quality is necessary to include also non-financial indicators. Thanks to these indicators, it is possible to evaluate the attitude of the employees to the management, the way how the employees are motivated and educated, satisfaction of the customers with the products or services and other quality aspects. Monitoring and evaluating of the non-financial indicators contributes substantially to the increasing of the organization’s quality. Identification and composition of the non-financial quality indicators depend on the type of the organization, production character or customers structure. This text deals with the way of identification of the non-financial indicators of the company’s quality, the proposed procedure is verified in a specific business subject.
