cze	Metropole jako fenomény soudržnosti regionů: případ Prahy a Brna	Cílem článku je posouzení vlivu dvou metropolí České republiky – Prahy a Brna – na soudržnost regionu, v němž se nacházejí. Hodnoceny jsou ukazatele ekonomické, demografické a skupina ukazatelů představujících parametry životních podmínek. Zvláštní pozornost je věnována tzv. nesatelitním okresům ve Středočeském a Jihomoravském kraji. Je analyzována zejména disperze a lokalizace vybraných ukazatelů. Ukazuje se, že předpokládaná dominance hlavního města Prahy ve středních Čechách je příčinou vyšší disperze u ekonomických ukazatelů, ne však z hlediska indexu atraktivity. Na druhou stranu se zdá, že Brno (zatím) nedokáže šířit své pozitivní efekty do okolí tak jako Praha a jeho nesatelitní okresy vykazují horší situaci v parametrech životních podmínek.	soudržnost; metropole; nesatelitní okresy; index atraktivity; parametry životních podmínek
eng	Metropolises as regions' cohesion phenomena: the case of Prague and Brno	The aim of the article is to assess the influence of two Czech metropolises – Brno and Prague - on the cohesion of the region, in which they are located. The economic, demographic and group of indicators representing the parameters of living conditions are evaluated. Particular attention is paid to so-called non-satellite districts in the Central Bohemian and South Moravian Regions. In particular, dispersion and localization of selected indicators is analysed. It appears that the presumed dominance of the capital city of Prague in Central Bohemia is the cause of higher dispersion in economic indicators, but not in terms of the attractiveness index. On the other hand, it seems that Brno (so far) is not able to spread its positive effects to the environment as Prague, and its non-satellite districts show a worse situation in the parameters of living conditions.	cohesion; metropolis; non-satellite district; attractiveness index; living conditions parameters
