cze	Realitní trh v České republice	Článek se zabývá problematikou realitního trhu v současných tržních podmínkách v České republice. Hlavním cílem článku je ověřit stanovené hypotézy zaměřené na zhodnocení vlastních aktiv, kvalitu poskytovaných služeb a upřednostňování některé realitní kanceláře na základě předchozí osobní zkušenosti respondenta za pomocí maketingového průzkumu. Problém který se na tomto trhu vyskytuje, je jeho neprofesionalita, objevující se nekalé praktiky ze strany realitních makléřů, což vede k nespokojenosti klientů, ale i investorů, kteří uvažují o investičních záměrech na nemovitostním trhu. Další problém, který se v této zkoumané oblasti objevuje, že finanční trhy dělí řada autorů na peněžní, kapitálové, komoditní a měnové, avšak o trhu realit nebo reálných aktiv se již řada z nich nezmiňuje. Přitom většina dospělé populace v České republice zužitkovala, případně využívá nebo uvažuje, že v budoucnu realitní trh použije pro osobní potřebu. Přestože se na nemovitostním trhu investují nemalé finanční prostředky ze strany klientů a investorů, není mu věnována taková pozornost jako např. trhu akciovému, přitom řada kupujících pořizuje osobní bydlení za pomocí hypotéčních úvěru s dobou splatnosti v řádu desítek let.	realitní trh; nemovitost; investice; marketingový průzkum
eng	The Real Estate Market in the Czech Republic	This article deals with the real estate market under the current market conditions in the Czech Republic. The main objective of this article is to verify the stated hypothesis focused on the assessment of its own assets, quality of service and prioritization of some real estate agents, based on previous personal experience of the respondent through the use of a marketing survey. The problem encountered on this market is the lack of professionalism and the use of unfair practices by real estate agents, which leads to the dissatisfaction of clients as well as investors considering investing into the real estate market. Another problem in this area is that several authors divide financial markets into cash, equity, commodity and currency, but many fail to mention the real estate market or real estate assets. Nevertheless, most of the adult population in the Czech Republic has used, uses or is considering to use the real estate market in the future for their personal use. Even though a considerable amount of money is invested into the real estate market by clients and investors, it is not given as much attention as e.g. the stock market, while a number of buyers purchase housing for themselves using a mortgage, which has a maturity of tens of years.	real estate market; real estate; investment; marketing survey
