cze Měření komplexity uživatelských procesů pomocí entropie a stochastických Petriho sítí Měření komplexity procesů nebo systémů je v současné době velice populární téma. Existuje řada definovaných měr komplexity, které kvantifikují vlastností jako modifikovatelnost, neurčitost, porozumění, jednoduchost implementace, uživatelská přívětivost a další. Obsahem této práce je představení metody pro kvantifikaci komplexity pomocí entropie a stochastických Petri sítí. Entropie a Petri sítě tvoří vhodnou kombinaci, jelikož neumožňují analyzování komplexity procesů pouze ve smyslu jejich struktury, ale také ve smyslu jejich dynamického vývoje pod zátěží. Na jednoduchém příkladu jsou nastíněné možné analýzy. Pomocí korelační analýzy je navíc zhodnocena porovnatelnost s ostatními vybranými mírami komplexity.

There is a wide range of defined complexity measures that quantify features such as legibility, modifiability, uncertainty, comprehensibility, easiness of implementation, user-friendliness and many others. The content of this work is a presentation of a method for quantification of complexity using Shannon entropy and stochastic Petri nets. Shannon entropy and Petri nets are an appropriate combination because they allow analysing the complexity of processes not only in terms of their structure but also in terms of their dynamic development under tension. On a simple example are outlined possible analyses and the correlation analysis examines the comparability with other selected complexity measures.
