cze Fenomén terorismu jako výzva pro Českou republiku Otázka bezpečnosti a jejího zajišťování se v posledních letech stala důležitou agendou veřejného i soukromého sektoru. Bezpečnostní realita změnila nejen svoji strukturu, ale i dynamiku a to jak na národní, tak na regionální úrovni. Tento článek se zabývá možnými krizovými událostmi, které mohou ovlivnit průmyslově důležitý region České republiky - Pardubický kraj. Pardubický kraj lze považovat za typický průmyslový region s různými druhy výroby. V Pardubicích a okolí je železniční stanice, nákupní centra, univerzitní kampus, nemocnice nebo budovy státní a místní správy. Jev, který má potenciál způsobit možné krizové události a který dramaticky vzrůstá, je terorismus a s ním související teroristický útok. Ačkoli je mezinárodní extremismus a terorismus v celosvětovém měřítku považován dlouhodobě za zásadní hrozbu, Česká republika v moderní historii prozatím čelila pouze domácímu terorismu, který lze rozdělit do několika forem. Cílem této práce je představit teroristický útok jako výzvu pro Českou republiku (zemi Evropské unie) ve formě reálné bezpečnostní hrozby a provést analýzu možných dopadů v podmínkách Pardubického kraje. eng The Phenomenon of Terrorism as a Challenge for the Czech Republic The issue of security and its ensuring, in the last few years has become an important agenda of both public and private sector. Security reality has changed not only its structure, but also the dynamics at both the national and regional levels. This paper focuses on the possible critical events that may affect the industrially important region of the Czech Republic - Pardubice Region. Pardubice Region could be considered as typical industrial region with different kinds of production. There is railway station, shopping centers, university campus, hospital or buildings of state and local government in Pardubice town center and suburb. A phenomenon which potential to cause possible crisis events has dramatically increased is terrorism and associated terrorist attack. Although international extremism and terrorism is on a global scale, considered over-time as major threat in modern history, the Czech Republic has so far faced only with domestic terrorism, which can be divided into a number of forms. The aim of this paper is to present terrorist attack as a challenge for The Czech Republic as an European Union state in the form of real security threat and to perform analysis of potential impacts in conditions of Pardubice region.
