cze Analýza konkurenceschopnosti regionů České republiky v kontextu jejich demografického potenciálu Regionální rozvoj a pojem konkurenceschopnost regionů se dostal do popředí zájmu především v souvislosti s Evropskou unií. Zvyšující se konkurenceschopnost a soudržnost Evropské unie se stala hlavním cílem rozvojových strategií národů. Členské státy prováddějí regionální politiku v souvislosti s podporou zaměstnanosti, růstu a konkurenceschopnosti. V této souvislosti je nutné předvídat faktory, které zvyšují konkurenceschopnost regionů a přispívají k růstu celé oblasti. Hledání faktorů, které by zvýšily konkurenceschopnost oblasti, musí být založeno na respektování odlišných úrovní hospodářských oblastí uvnitř země. Vedle regionů prosperujících existují v jedné zemi také regiony s nižší ekonomickou výkonnosti, vysokou nezaměstnaností a se sociálními problémy. Důležitým faktorem je také lidský kapitál a jeho kvantitativní a kvalitativní aspekty. Tento článek analyzuje konkurenceschopnost regionů České republiky. Cílem tohoto článku je analyzovat ekonomickou situaci v regionech a v souvislosti s ní charakterizovat jejich demografický potenciál. Regionální konkurenceschopnost; Regiony
eng Analysis of the competitiveness of regions of the Czech Republic in the context of their demographic potential Regional development and the concept of competitiveness of regions get to the forefront of interest primarily in connection with the European Union. Competitiveness and increasing cohesion of the European Union has become the main objective of developing strategies of nations. Member states carry out regional policy in the context of support of employment, growth and competitiveness. In this context, it is necessary to predict the factors that increase the competitiveness of regions. They contribute to the growth of the whole area. The search of factors that would increase the competitiveness of the area, must be based on respecting of different economic levels of regions within a country. In a country there are prosperous regions and also regions with below average economic performance, high unemployment and with other social problems. Human factor, its quantitative and qualitative aspects, is also an important factor. The article analyzes the competitiveness of the regions of the Czech Republic.
