cze Management lidských zdrojů: monitoring klíčových zaměstnanců v organizacích v České republice Nalezení a udržení kvalifikovaných zaměstnanců je jedním z nejdůležitějších úkolů managementu. Sledování klíčových zaměstnanců je základním předpokladem pro úspěšné řízení lidského kapitálu. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je identifikovat současný trend nejvíce konkurenceschopných firem v České republice na základě sledování klíčových zaměstnanců. Příspěvek si klade za cíl odpovědět na výzkumnou otázku týkající se existence vztahu korelace mezi sledováním klíčových zaměstnanců a podnikové velikosti podle počtu zaměstnanců. Cílem výzkumného šetření bylo zmapovat současný stav zkoumané problematiky a jejích trendů. Metodika tohoto dokumentu je založen na T-test analýze. Základní soubor pro průzkum zahrnoval nejrozšířenější odvětví nalezené v prvních 100 nejvýznamnějších firem v České republice. Celkové porovnání získaných dat představuje současné trendy v řízení lidských zdrojů a poskytuje odpověď na výzkumnou otázku. Výsledky ukazují na možné využití moderních technologií pro efektivnější sledování klíčových pracovníků v podobě podnikových sociálních sítí. eng Human Capital Management: Monitoring Of the Key Employees in Organizations in the Czech Republic Finding and retaining qualified employees is among the most important management tasks. Monitoring of the key employees is an essential prerequisite for successful human capital management. The goal of this paper is to identify the current trend of the most competitive companies in the Czech Republic based on the monitoring of key employees. Furthermore, the paper aims to answer a research question relating to the existence of a correlation relationship between monitoring of the key employee and enterprise size by number of employees. The goal of the survey research was to map the current state of the investigated problematic and its trends. The methodology of this paper is based on T-test analysis. The basic sample for the survey encompassed the most prevalent sectors found in the first 100 most significant companies in the Czech Republic. The overall comparison of acquired data presents current trends in human capital management and provides the answer to the research question. The results indicate the possible use of modern technologies for more effectively monitoring of the key employees in the form of enterprise social networks. Furthermore, the use of the latest trends, innovations in technology for managers doing have been discussed, to achieve effective leadership and present the vision for the future research.
