Jedná se vícekriteriální posouzení konceptu nového územního plánu města Brna. V případové studii jsou posuzovány tři různé varianty konceptu územního plánu. Navržený model pracuje s devatenácti kritérii, které se týkají využití městských ploch. Kritéria byla posuzována z pohledu občanů, potenciálních investorů a vlivu na životní prostředí. eng	Usability of the multi-criteria decision model in the regional development process	The article deals with the usage of the model Analytic Hierarchy Process in the spatial plan making process. It is about the multi-criteria appraisal with the new Brno’s spatial plan make. In the case study there are three different suggestions of the spatial plan assessed. The suggested model works with nineteen criteria which are related to the usage of the urban spaces. Criteria were assessed from the view of the citizens, potential investors and an impact on the environment. The suggestion of the model was realized in MATLAB.
