cze E-Government v kyberprostoru S rychlým rozvojem ekonomiky, informačních technoogií, e-Governmentu a internetu jakož i rozšíření ICT procesů závisejících na hlubším použití sítí, nastává více možností ke ztrátě informací. Zabezpečená komunikace mezi úřady, obchodní podniky a občany v rámci e governmentu a problém kybernetické bezpečnosti z legislativního hlediska v České republice je diskutován v příspěvku. Byl představen český bezpečný systém pro komunikaci mezi úřady, obchodní podniky a občany prostřednictvím datových schránek. Kybernetický prostor, ve kterém e-Government, obchodní podniky a občané musí vzájemně komunikovat je ohrožován kyberterorismem. Kybernetická bezpečnost je zásadní otázkou současné doby, jak stále více a více organizací a firem je závislých na informačních a komunikačních technologií. Kybernetická bezpečnosti je čím dál tím víc v popředí firemních zájmů; Důvodem je kybernetický terorismus nebo zneužití informací od konkurence. Firmy si často tento fakt uvědomují až poté, co dojde k první vážné události, která má za následek finanční ztrátu. V konkurenčním prostředí je nutné předvídat tyto hrozby, je minimalizovat a ukládat důležitá data v bezpečí. Závislost na informačních a komunikačních technologií je však také platí pro jednotlivce, kybernetický terorismus se stává problémem Kybernetický prostor; kybernetická bezpečnost; e-government; Komunikace; informační a komunikační technologie; informační společnost.
eng E-Government within Cyberspace With rapid development of economy, information technology, e-Government and Internet as well as the extent of ICT processes deepening and networking, more possibilities to losing information in relation to cybercrime occur. The secure communication between authorities, business enterprises and citizens within e-Government and problem of cyber security from legislative point of view in Czech Republic was discussed within the paper. The Czech secure system for communication among authorities, business enterprises and/or citizens by data boxes was presented. The cyber space in which e-Government, business enterprises and citizens mutually communicate is threatened by cyber terrorism. Cyber security is an essential issue of present time, as more and more organizations and companies avoid integration and dependence on information and communication technologies. Cyber security is getting more and more into the forefront of corporate interests; the reason for that is cyber-terrorism or misuse of information by competition. Businesses often recognize this fact only after it comes to the first serious incident which has resulted in a financial loss. In a competitive environment it is necessary to predict these threats, minimize them and store vital data in the safe. However, dependence on information and communication technologies is also true for individuals when cyber-terrorism becomes a problem Cyberspace; Cyber security; E-Government; Communication; Information and Communication Technologies; Information Society
