cze Agregace environmentálních dat Příspěvek se zabývá měřením dat v oblasti životního prostředí a souvisejícími problémy. Hlavním problémem je nedefinovaný vztah. Na jedné straně existují subjekty, které svými činnostmi produkují škodlivé látky; na druhé straně jsou těmito činnostmi poškozené subjekty. Znečišťovatelé jsou známí, to jsou majitelé těchto subjektů, které způsobují poškození, zatímco ostatní subjekty jsou neznámé. To vede k tomu, že vyčíslení škod a jejich hodnota prakticky není přesně měřitelná. V takovém případě je však možné pracovat s předpoklady a řešit dílčí problémy. Z matematického pohledu to lze vidět jako definující skalární zástupce srovnatelných ukazatelů, jako jsou například ceny. Tato práce upozorňuje na skutečnost, že literatura často prezentuje nesprávné předpoklady, například že cenová hladina je definována základním cenovým indexem. Indexy obecně jsou indikátorem změn. eng Aggregation of Environmental Data The paper deals with environmental data measuring and related problems. The main problem is undefined relation. On one hand, there are subjects which produce harmful substances or activities; on the other hand there are harmed subjects. The first subjects are known, those are the owners of the activities which cause damage while the other subjects are unknown. This leads to the fact that damage quantification and their value are practically not exactly measurable. It is, however, possible to work with assumptions and solve partial problems. The mathematical view sees it as defining scalar representatives of the comparative indicators such as prices. The paper draws attention to the fact that the literature often presents incorrect conception, e.g. the price level is defined by basic price index. The base has an assigned unit level.
