Příspěvek se zaměřuje na pomalu rostoucí současný trend v České republice, a to podnikovou sociální síť a její možnost manažerského využití jako komunikačního nástroje. Efektivita personálních procesů jako součást personální strategie je přímo úměrná vytvoření souladu mezi pracovním výkonem, motivací lidí a vynaloženými náklady na pracovní síly. Je výrazně ovlivňována kvalitou práce managementu a úrovní front i back office v podnicích. Toto konstatování si uvědomuje naprostá většina společností, jelikož náklady spojené se zaměstnanci činí nemalé procento celkových nákladů organizace. Cílem tohoto příspěvku je zodpovědět stanovenou hypotézu, která se zabývá výzkumem nákladů na interní komunikaci v návaznosti implementace podnikové sociální sítě v organizaci. Metodologie příspěvku je na bázi komparativního kvalitativního výzkumu, na základě dotazníkového šetření v České republice roku 2014 napříč podnikovými odvětvími. Pro potvrzení či vyvrácení stanovené hypotézy byl použit statistický test. K zajištění věrohodného výběrového vzorku respondentů byla stanovena jasná kritéria a výběr daných organizací byl zajištěn pomocí databázového informačního systému MagnusWeb. Na základě výsledků výzkumného šetření bylo provedeno empirické zobecnění a interpretace zjištěných výsledků. eng The Impact of Enterprise Social Networks at the Costs of Internal Communication in Organizations in Czech Republic The quality of human relationships, the willingness of managers and subordinates to mutually cooperate and communicate is directly affected by the economic results of the company. This paper focuses on a current gradually increasing trend in the Czech Republic, namely the Enterprise Social Networks and its ability to be used as a communication tool. The effectiveness of personnel processes as part of a personnel strategy is directly proportional to the creation of harmony among job performance, motivating people and incurred labour costs. It is strongly influenced by the quality of management and the level of a company’s front and back offices. The vast majority of companies are aware of this finding, as the costs associated with employees are a significant percentage of the total costs of the organisation. The aim of this paper is to answer the hypothesis which deals with the research of costs for internal communications in connection with the implementation of enterprise social networking in the organisation. The methodology of this paper is based on comparative qualitative research, on the bases of a survey conducted in the Czech Republic by 2014 across business sectors. To confirm or reject the hypotheses, a statistical test was used. Clear criteria were established in order to ensure a credible selected sample of respondents and the organisations were selected using the MagnusWeb database information system. Based on the results of the research, an empirical generalisation and interpretation of the results was carried out.
