cze Farmaceutická cenová regulace v teorii redistribučních systémů V současnosti nejen firma musí sledovat okolní prostředí a převládající její oborové okolí, ve kterém neustále mapuje chování zákazníků, přitom však firma musí všímat si také svého vnitřního prostředí. Klíčovou roli potom hraje firemní cenotvorba. Článek popisuje farmaceutický trh a jeho pravidla při tvorbě ceny. Protože léčiva by měly být dostupná pro každého, je obvyklé, že trh je regulován státem. Produkce je rozdělena do skupin podle její ceny. Tyto skupiny jsou určeny nejvyšší možnou procentní marží, která může být přidělena jednotlivému produktu. Na základě veřejně dostupných dat je v tomto článku analyzováno chování producentů a distributorů a jsou hledány podobné znaky takového chování. Cílem článku je analyzovat současný farmaceutický trh ve vztahu k regulovaným cenám a na jejich základě popsat optimální cenovou marži tohoto trhu. Současná ekonomika vychází z více méně teoretických závěrů, které nemohou být plně kompatibilní se současnou ekonomickou realitou. Tuto situaci lze znázornit prostřednictvím teorie her a následně vyvstávající teorií redistribučních systémů. Při tvorbě teoretického pohledu je nutné vycházet ze znalostí modelu reálné ekonomiky. Článek se tedy zaměřuje na praktické použití teorie her a teorie redistribučních systémů na farmaceutickém trhu prostřednictvím výzkumu redistribuce regulovaných marží mezi různými subjekty zásobovacího řetězce. optimální zisková marže;farmaceutický trh;zisková marže;regulovaná marže;teorie redistribučních systémů
eng Pharmaceutical Price Regulation in the Theory of Redistribution Systems Nowadays, a firm has to, not only, follow the outside environment and predominantly its field environment where it constantly maps customers´ behaviour, but the firm has to also perceive the inside environment. Firm price making represents the key role. This paper describes pharmaceutical market and its rules of price making. As remedies should be available to anyone, it is obvious that the market is regulated by state. Products are divided into groups according to their prices. The groups are identified by the highest possible percentage of margin that can be made by a particular product. On the basis of publicly available data this paper analyses behaviour of producers and distributors and looks for similar characteristics of such behaviour. The goal of this article is to analyze current pharmaceutical market in relation with regulated prices and on this basis to describe optimal profit margin on this market. Today’s economy results from more or less theoretical findings that cannot be fully compatible with economic reality. This situation is illustrated by game theory and consequently arising theory of redistribution systems. When creating theoretical visions, it is necessary to go basically from known patterns of real economy.
