cze Analýza vlivu migrace na počet obyvatel v regionu Počet obyvatel, jejich věkové složení a kvalifikační struktura jsou důležitými faktory výkonnosti ekonomik a trhů práce. Počet obyvatel je determinován mírou porodnosti, významný dopad má ale také jejich prostorový pohyb. Přestože počet migrantů přicházejících do České republiky ze zahraničí rok od roku roste a Česká republika patří mezi cizinci vyhledávanou zemi, míra vnitřní migrace je v porovnání s okolními státy relativně nízká. Lidé v České republice se vyznačují obecně nízkou ochotou stěhovat se, s čímž souvisí nízká pružnost trhu práce a vyšší míra zejména strukturální nezaměstnanosti. Cílem článku je analyzovat vnitřní migraci v České republice a pomocí modelu systémové dynamiky vyjádřit její vliv na vývoj počtu obyvatel ve vybraném kraji, jejich věkovou strukturu a dopad na trh práce ve vybraném kraji. eng Analysing the Effects of Migration on the Number of Inhabitants in a Region The number of inhabitants, their age structure and qualification structure are important factors of the performance of economies and labour markets. The number of inhabitants is determined by nativity rate, significant impact has also spatial movement. Although the number of migrants who are coming to the Czech Republic from abroad is increasing year by year and the Czech Republic is sought after country by foreigners, the rate of internal migration is relatively low in comparison with neighbouring countries. People in the Czech Republic are characterized by generally low willingness to migrate that is related to low flexibility of labour market and with higher level of especially structural unemployment. The aim of this article is analyse internal migration in the Czech Republic and express its effects on the population, age structure and labour market in the selected region by using a system dynamics model.
