Trh práce České republiky prošel v uplynulých letech výraznými změnami, které ovlivnily také vývoj migrace v zemi. Česká republika se ze země tranzitivní stává zemí cílovou, cizinci vyhledávanou pro dlouhodobější usazení. Tento efekt byl umocněn vstupem České republiky do Evropské unie. Cílem článku je analyzovat vliv zahraniční migrace na trh práce v České republice po vstupu do Evropské unie, kdy Česká republika přijala zásady jednotného evropského trhu a stala se jeho součástí.	konkurenceschopnost;trh práce;pracovní migrace
eng	Influence of Migration on the Labour Market in the Czech Republic	Migration is considered to be the indicator of effectiveness of labour market in developed economies. Through the labour market, it affects to the general development and competitiveness of the area. The arrival of new labour fills the gap in the labour market in the host area and decrease the unemployment rate in the source area. The flexible labour markets are also in the Lisbon Strategy of European Union considered as one of the indicators of competitiveness. The labour market in the Czech Republic was marked by significant changes in recent years, which also influenced the evolution of migration in the country. The Czech Republic became from transition country, target country, foreigners sought for long-term establishment. This effect was enhanced by the accession in to the European Union. The aim of this article is analyse the impact of international migration on the labour market in the Czech Republic after accession in to the European Union, when the republic accepted principles of the single European market and.
