cze Trh práce v České republice po vstupu do Evropské unie Jedním ze základních předpokladů hospodářského růstu ekonomiky je efektivní fungování trhů výrobních faktorů, především trhu práce. Vývoj na trhu práce ovlivňuje ekonomickou a sociální situaci v zemi a přispívá k její konkurenceschopnosti. Trh práce v České republice prošel za uplynulých výraznými změnami. V první řadě jeho vývoj ovlivnily transformační procesy v 90. letech 20. stol., které byly doprovázeny rostoucí nezaměstnaností a restrukturalizací. Významně ale jeho vývoj ovlivnil i vstup České republiky do Evropské unie a ekonomická krize. Členství v Evropské unii přineslo pro Českou republiku řadu změn, které se dotkly i situace na trhu práce. Hlavním cílem Evropské unie je v oblasti pracovních příležitostí podpora zaměstnanosti a jednotného trhu práce. Došlo k otevření hranic a lidé získali právo volného pohybu osob po celém území unie s cílem zvýšit flexibilitu na trzích práce členských států Evropské unie. Cílem článku je analyzovat změny na trhu práce v regionech České republiky v uplynulých deseti letech v souvislosti s jejich ekonomickou úrovní a stupněm konkurenceschopnosti. S ohledem na otevřenost ekonomiky bude analýza zaměřena především na cizince na trhu práce v krajích České republiky, jako ukazatele přílivu nové ekonomické síly v zemi. konkurenceschopnost;region;trh práce;pracovní migrace;cizinci;EU
eng The Labour Market in the Czech Republic after Accession to the European Union The effective functioning of factor markets is one of the basic assumptions of economic growth of the economy. The labour market affects the economic and social situation in the country and contributes to competitiveness of it. The labour market in the Czech Republic has passed significant changes in recent years. The transformation processes in the 90s influenced the development of the market. These processes were accompanied by rising unemployment and restructuring. The development was especially influenced by entrance of the Czech Republic to the European Union. The membership has brought a number of changes that have affected the situation in the labour market. Supports of employment and single labour market are the main objectives of the European Union in the theme. The borders have been opening and people have get rights to free movement throughout the EU. It leads to increase of flexibility in the labour markets of the member states. The article aims to analyse changes in the labour market in the region of the Czech Republic in the last ten years, in the context of their economic level and degree of competitiveness. For importance of openness of the economy, the analysis will focus primarily on foreigners in the labour market in the regions of the Czech Republic.
